Pakistan And The Olympics

Out of 225 million population, Pakistan has only sent 8 people to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. And as a Pakistani I find that disappointing because Pakistan is known mainly for its sports. So much so because Pakistan went from World Beaters to Olympic Absentees in hockey. And I don't blame the players because they don't have the proper training facilities and I think that the blame falls all of us Pakistani's for not funding in the training facilities and not giving much importance on sports. Since 1948, Pakistan has only won 10 medals in the Summer Olympics and 0 in the Winter Olympics. Pakistan have won 3 Gold, 3 Silver, and 4 Bronze Medals. The closest Pakistan ever got to a medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics was in the 67 KG weightlifting as Talha Talib just fell 2 KG short of a Bronze Medal.
